MIG & TIG Welding
C&S Fabrications are equipped with a team of sheet metal workers with decades of experience in welding and fabrication. Welding is a fabrication or sculptural process that joins materials, usually metals or thermoplastics, by using high heat to melt the parts together and allowing them to cool causing fusion. Welding is distinct from lower temperature metal-joining techniques such as brazing and soldering, which do not melt the base metal.
To complement the welding process, C&S also offer linishing services including grinding, sanding and polishing of sheet metal parts to achieve the highest levels of accuracy and precision.
With over 35 years in the industry, C&S Fabrications have a team of welders equipped and qualified to weld all ferrous and non-ferrous materials including all types of metal from speciality stainless steel to heat resistant materials.
With a on-site lifting capacity of 5 tonnes, C&S are able to handle heavier fabrications such as tanks, hoppers, vessels, walkways, mezzanines, ladders, fire escapes, feeders, gates, fencing, doors, railings, cages, smoking shelters and much more.
